Acting

Actors refer to their body as the ‘vehicle.’
When acting, they channel a different personality and become the embodiment of that living person by letting go of their ego. The less ego, the better the actor.
On a spiritual level, Jean Huston, (two PhD’s and 28 books translated into 20 languages) refers to the body as a ‘biological space-time suit.’ Our spirit enters our physical form, drives it around for a bit, and then returns to whence it came.
