The Global Public Private Partnership shows how the deception is controlled and disseminated. It is a top a down pyramid, like the one in plain sight on US dollar bills.
The diagram shows that the alleged ‘democratic’ institutions are ‘Policy Enforcers’. They use reward and punishment to get the job done. Allegedly democracy works from the bottom up, but it’s a pantomime. Most politicians are actors who read from the script others give them. Left wing, right wing - it’s the same bird. The real power is hidden in the shadows. ‘Occult’ means hidden.

He talks about how one set of people decided they were better that the others and used a ‘power over’ way of speaking to achieve their ends: they rewarded good behaviour and punished behaviours they didn’t want.
