The Subconscious - Speed and Power

’I’m going to show you a short video of flashing images,’ said Jason Christoff.
It lasted about 5 seconds.
‘Anyone see keys or boots?'
‘No.’
Another series of images...
‘Snake!’
‘Spider!’
‘Snake! Snake, Spider!’ They looked huge and lasted a long time.
‘Anyone see a snake or spider?'
‘Yes, yes, yes!’
'They were the same sequences, except the images of keys and boots were swapped for spiders and snakes.
Our subconscious scans, ranks and stores 11 million things a second.
That's how well it works.
The subconscious:
This is the ego, or Ahrimanic adversary spirit, who wants to survive because he knows he has to leave the body when we die.
We couldn't live without him as he keeps us safe. That was great when there were sabre-toothed tigers about, but the same response is not so helpful when another driver carves us up. Things it still considers life-threatening are not, but we react as if they were.
How do we stay calm instead?
Reprogramme the subconscious.
How do we do that?
