Leaps of Consciousness

Where Am I Going Next?

Reincarnation is a part of many religions: Buddhism, Jainism and Hinduism.

What if we are eternal beings whose souls live forever?

What if our body is, to use Jean Huston’s term, ‘a biodegradable space suit’?

We carnate into it when we choose our parents, drive around in it for a short while then return to other realms at the end. While here, we hopefully fulfil our life purpose and learn the lessons we didn’t get quite right last time.

If this is true then we don’t die.

This will be a shock to think we do.

Ghosts are discarnate souls who have remained on earth, either not knowing they have died, or are too attached to material possessions or people to move on.

There are those who can communicate with them in a loving way, tell them what year it is and suggest they look for and go towards the light. Most people have heard of the tunnel of light. Their relations will come to meet them and guide them on their way.

Souls never die. They change form:

  • On birth: from spirit to matter, from discarnate formless spirit to incarnate form (physical body).
  • On death: from matter to spirit, from incarnate form (physical body) to discarnate formless spirit.
