Ernst Lehrs

In Man or Matter, Lehrs combines Goethe’s method of observing nature with the intuitive right-brain that reveals profound spiritual science as enhanced by Rudolf Steiner.
He sees materialist science as the limited view of a one-eyed colour blind observer, who having started by excluding the right-brain, compounds error upon error with every step. It traces key historical errors and points out the flaws in Newton’s first law, colour. It’s a captivating and life-changing book.
For example, by limiting his thinking to the left-brain, Newton failed to realise the prism created the colours of the white light spectrum, rather than observing a pre-existing effect. You can easily verify his error with a prism and two postcards: one white with a black square in the centre, and the other a black card with a white square in the centre.
Colours have opposites on a wheel. They are not in a continuous spectrum on a line. There are no straight lines in nature.
You can easily prove it yourself with a prism and two postcards - see Heinrich O. Proskauer below.
