In Human Heart, Cosmic Heart, Dr. Cowan shows that the heart is not a pump because the flow rate in the incoming vein is the same as that in the outgoing artery. If the heart were a pump, it would exit faster than it entered. So, if it isn’t a pump, what is its function?

He argues that the heart’s primary purpose is to create vortices in the blood. As Viktor Schauberger states, the vortices enliven the blood and change it into structured water. Dr. Cowan argues that the heart is like a hydraulic ram pumping blood through the lungs.

Dr Gerald Pollack’s work on the fourth phase of water showed how a hydrophilic (water-loving) surface creates a negatively charged layer of EZ or structured water on the internal wall. The central bulk water has a positive charge. In a Nafion tube, the centre is positively charged, like repels like, so the centre starts to flow.

Dr Pollock’s discoveries showed Dr Cowan what force pumps the blood through the capillaries.
