Dr Gerald Pollack discovered why clouds form and how the Jesus Christ lizard (or basilisk) can 'run on water.''
This is because of water’s fourth gel-like phase. We are familiar with the three: solid (ice), liquid, and gas (steam). However, we are unfamiliar with structured water, which has a chemical formula of H3O2, not H2O. Other names for structured water are structured, vortex, EZ, and gel water.
When water contacts any hydrophilic (water-loving) substance, sheets of structured water grow from the boundary towards the main bulk water. These sheets are made of H3O2 molecules arranged in a hexagonal pattern like honeycomb sheets. The sheets build up layer upon layer until they stop growing at about 10 microns in depth - the thickness of a human hair. The structured layer excludes all other molecules and has a negative charge. It has a consistency of jelly - hence the name gel water. The main body of water has a positive charge.
This can explain how clouds form.
If there are two drops or spheres in the bulk water, both external surfaces have a negative charge as they swim in a soup of positive charges. If two such droplets approach each other, they don’t repel each other - as expected by ‘like repels like’, but are attracted to each other because they are attracted to the double density of positive charge between them. They get closer and closer until they stop when the attraction of plus to minus equals the repulsion between the two minuses. This is what a cloud is, why the Jesus Christ lizard can walk on water, and why water drops float for a moment on the surface of a lake in heavy rain.
The energy that creates the separate charges comes from light. In an experiment, a small hollow tube of hydrophilic material is placed in a beaker of water with small particles to observe the flow. As soon as it’s put in the beaker, the water starts to flow through it. Light makes the water flow.
There are many potential benefits to structured water:
