Function	Role
Policy Makers	Create policy and distribute it to the Distributors
Policy Distributors	Take the policy directives and distribute them to the Enforcers.
Policy Enforcers	Take policy and use ‘science’ to justify enforcing the policies.
Policy Propagandists	Use lies to convince the public to believe and adopt the policies. Lies combine propaganda and hybrid warfare: psychological manipulation, disinformation, misinformation, censorship and propaganda.
Policy Subjects	We pay for the system largely through taxes and public borrowing. The system is designed to exploit us - the ‘slaves’, but the need for labour is reducing as the GPPP seek to seize the global commons.
