The Three Legal Jurisdictions

<

There are three legal jurisdictions.

Land, Air and Water or alternatively Natural (Nature’s or Divine law), Ecclesiastical (religious) law and Admiralty law (the law of commerce and statute law).

Hierarchically, Divine law is supreme and no man-made law can surpass it. Thus, natural law stands above all ecclesiastical and admiralty law.

Natural law is the law of the living (wo)man. Admiralty law is the law of ‘persons’ and ‘corp(se)orations’ - of dead legal entities. These are the fictional dead legal entities created by birth certificates that pay taxes, speeding and parking fines, and submit to all other forms of piracy.

The table below highlights the differences.
