Marshall Rosenberg's NVC

Marshall Rosenberg developed Non-Violent Communication (NVC) in the 1960s in federally funded Detroit schools.
It is communicating with compassion from the heart without violence, whereby both sides' needs are met - without compromise.
Violent strategies – verbal or physical – are learnt behaviours taught and maintained by our current culture.
We all share the same, basic human needs.
Each of our actions is a strategy to meet one or more of those needs.
People who practice NVC have more authentic communication, better understanding, connection and conflict resolution.
It is used in over 60 countries and provides:
