Black's Law Dictionary 8th Edition defines a ‘person’ as ‘an entity (such as a corporation) that is recognised by law as having the rights and duties of a human being,’ I.e. it is not the living human being but a legal fiction, a ‘straw-man’, a dead legal entity created by the Birth Certificate.
