The Gospel of the Beloved Companion

Subtitled ‘The Complete Gospel of Mary Magdalene’, it is the most profoundly true book I have ever read.
Mary shares her vision in which Yeshua describes the Tree of Life. The tree has eight fruit-laden boughs protected by seven guardians, each of which must be overcome before ascending to the next. With each success, she tastes the fruits of the level: like the first bough’s fruits of love and compassion, which are hidden by the guardian of judgment and wrath.
History
Pope Innocent III initiated The Albigensian Crusade in 1208 to wipe out the Cathars as Rome perceived them as a threat. The people of Languedoc were systematically hunted down and given the choice to convert to Catholicism or die.
The traditional end of the Crusade is on the 16th March 1244 at Montségur, the last Cathar stronghold. They eventually surrendered after an 11-month siege and were given the choice of converting to the Catholic faith or being burnt at the stake. 230 Cathars died in a field below Montségur.
The Cathars kept the text secret for 1,200 years before Jehanne de Quillan published The Gospel of the Beloved Companion - Mary Magdalene’s Gospel, in 2010. Countless numbers of people died to keep it secret.
A textual comparison of the Book of John and the Gospel of the Beloved Companion shows striking similarities, and the only significant differences are where Mary Magdalene is involved. These sections are missing from the Book of John.
