There are two sides to every coin.
While that may be the public side, the other side is not so altruistic. At best, it’s about making money selling something people don’t need. At worst, it’s about selling something that does harm - like smoking. In either case, the method is the same: sophisticated techniques to directly programme our subconscious without us ever being aware of it.
Either way, it’s deceit.
