Dualism

Dualism holds that the mind and body are two separate things:

- the body is physical matter,

- the mind controls the body, but is immaterial.

Dualism creates opposites, which can lead to conflict, judgements of scarcity, right and wrong and create wars.

The opposite of dualism is Monism - Oneness: co-operation and abundance.
